How we are differentThe international health insurance market is crowded with brokers, but not all brokers operate in the same way. Many only work with a small handful of providers - sometimes as few as three or four, or in some cases, just one! The result is that clients are not truly seeing the full range of options, and recommendations are too often influenced by the level of commission a broker receives rather than by what is best for the client.
We think that is entirely the wrong approach. Our terms cover all of the major international health insurance providers, and we compare the market for every client. Our job is not to push one insurer or one plan, but to find the most appropriate fit for each individual or family, based on their location, lifestyle, budget, and healthcare requirements.
This is the same philosophy we take across all areas of our business. Whether it’s investment advice, estate planning, or insurance, we always prioritise the client’s interests above all else.
Our new three-step processWe have designed a simple and structured process to make health insurance decisions easier and better informed:
- Understanding your needs - We begin by looking at your situation in detail. Do you need family coverage? Are you concerned about specific conditions? How important is freedom to choose hospitals and specialists? These are the questions that shape the discussion.
- Comparing the market - Once we have a clear picture of what you need, we research the full international market. This includes the leading insurers, their plans, deductibles, benefits, exclusions, and premiums. Crucially, this is not a set of auto-generated quotes dropped in your inbox with little explanation - it’s a tailored analysis.
- Guided decision making - The final stage is where our independence really matters. We sit down with you and go through the options, the pros and cons of each, and what they mean for your situation. Our role is to make sure you have the clarity to make an informed choice, not to steer you toward one provider or another.
